Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days from when you receive your item to return it for a refund.

• If you're unable to return it within the 14-day period, please let us know within the 14 days.
• Refunds will be made onto your original payment method within 21 days of us receiving the return. Some banks may take up to 30 days to process the credit to your account.
• We don't accept liability for items that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.
• Items must be unwashed and unworn, with all labels and tags still intact – unfortunately we can't accept them in any other condition.
• Items with a seal tag will only be accepted where it remains intact and undamaged.

Return Process

Returning Online Orders

Return online orders via the post:

1. Package up the parcel, including the returns form
2. Address it to: Sophie's Golf, EN 125, Bloco 1, Odiaxere, 8600-250 Lagos, PORTUGAL
3. Pay for postage (Sophie's advises using a recorded service and keeping your receipt as proof of return!)

Deliveries

Transport costs are calculated at check out. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Product Information

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in Euros and include all applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. We accept payment via credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
